ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted an application on 15.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
4.Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 1 to 4 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the
petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as the fifth respondent and any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as to the fifth respondent and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 4 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
