Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed against the petitioner herein by this Court in Para No. 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 23096 of 2025, dated 20.08.2025 regularly.

2.In the view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 23096 of 2025, dated 20.08.2025 is relaxed.
