ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25189 of 2025 by order dated 15.09.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.OP.No.25189 of 2025 by order dated 15.09.2025, in para No.7(b) is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
