ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 05.03.2025 of the petitioner requesting for issuance of separate patta in his favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that presently, a joint patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner and the 7th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the 7th respondent has already been issued with patta for his portion of the property, the petitioner now claims that he has to be issued with separate patta for the property which is in his possession , namely, property bearing S.No.141/3D, by deleting the name of the 7th respondent. The petitioner has given a representation on 05.03.2025 for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 7th respondent, notice to the 7th respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with. __________Page 2 of 4
