ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 09.06.2025 in W.P. No.20438 of 2025, the present contempt petition was filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for official respondents submitted that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has seized of the matter and passed a moratorium order, in view of which, the official respondents are unable to proceed with the revenue recovery proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the NCLT in the manner known to law. 10.04.2026 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order / Non-speaking order vsi2 2/3
