ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on him in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 27268 of 2025 in Crime No.170 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police regularly.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 27268 of 2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
