ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous. The petitioner has filed M.P.No.31 of 2024 in O.A.No.8 of 2023 and they seek disposal of the 2/5
miscellaneous petition.
2. It is stated that the petitioner is aged about 90 years and the matter is adjourned to February, 2026.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that they would dispose of the petition within a period of three months. The said undertaking is recorded.
4. The respondent is directed to advance the hearing of M.P.No.31 of 2024 in O.A.No.8 of 2023, by duly giving notice to both sides and complete the hearing of the matter as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. The respondents shall act on the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy. No costs.
