The above criminal miscellaneous petition is filed by the prosecution seeking to extend the time by a further period of three months to complete the investigation and to file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15119 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23651 of 2024 vide order dated 06.08.2025.
