This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the court as Special Court (Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Act Cases), Vellore instead of Special Court (Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases), Vellore in Crl.O.P.No.30512 of 2025 dated 10.11.2025.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
