ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the main suit in OS.No.7112/2023 within a time stipulated by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration that he is a son of late Babulal @ Babu Singh and he is class-1 heir of above said person along with the defendants 1 to 6. He also sought for mandatory injunction seeking direction to 7th defendant to issue legal heirship certificate to him.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and PW1 was present for cross-examination on 11.11.2025, 17.11.2025 and 04.12.2025.

4. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2023 and the trial is in the stage of PW1 cross, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
