ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for modification of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner is directed to execution of Rs.25,000/- bond with two sureties 1/4

for the like sum before the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of EC Act cases and NDPS Act Cases, Salem", in the order dated 07.11.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.30373 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30373 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of EC Act cases and NDPS Act Cases, Salem."

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 12.12.2025 ssi 2/4
