ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 424 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 06.07.2024 in CMP No.665 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila court, Chengalpet.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. There is no objection by the learned Government Advocate.

4. Notice served upon the respondents 1 to 3. Inspite of name printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents 1 to 3.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 424 days is condoned.
