ORDER
This application is filed by the applicant / petitioner to permit her to give evidence through video conference.
2. According to the applicant, she is the petitioner in the main Original Petition and the said Original Petition has been filed for grant of custody of the children and now the case is posted for examination of witness. Since applicant is residing in France and also employed in France and both the children of the applicant are studying at France, the applicant is unable to __________Page 1 of 3
come to India to give evidence and therefore, filed the present application to permit her to give evidence through video conference.
3. There is no representation for the respondent and no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent resisting the application.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the documents placed on record.
5. Considering the reasons stated by the applicant in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
