ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to extend the time for executing the bond as per the order passed by this Court in O.P.No.128 of 2024, dated 24.04.2025.

2. According to the applicant, he filed a main petition for grant of Letters of Administration and the same was allowed on 24.04.2025 by directing the petitioner to execute bond within the stipulated time, but due to ill health the __________Page 1 of 3

petitioner was unable to comply with the order and thereafter he filed an application for extension of time. The time was also extended for another four weeks through order dated 16.09.2025. Since the petitioner met with an accident, he was unable to comply with the order. Therefore, he filed the present petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above application and this Court also directed the petitioner to execute a bond through order dated 24.04.2025, it is appropriate to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, the time is extended by four (4) weeks for executing the bond. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted and the petitioner is directed to strictly comply with the order.
