ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC or 318 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner collected a sum of Rs.1.15 crores from 21 victims under the promise of securing a Government job and subsequently cheated them. Hence the complaint was lodged.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not having any previous case and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Therefore, he prays for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the FIR has been registered recently and the investigation in this case is pending. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that a huge amount has been received by the petitioner and the amount has not been repaid to any of the victims and sofar no

one has been arrested, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
