2.The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the pathway, which the petitioner was using earlier, running along the survey numbers, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, has been blocked by the fourth respondent. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 28.10.2025 for restoration of the pathway. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.The fourth respondent is represented by the learned counsel before this Court today. Till date, counter has not been filed by any of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with
law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for restoration of the pathway running along with the survey numbers, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which connects the Palakarai region with the Ariyalur-Jeyakondam Main Road, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
