(late) B.Jagadeesh, Ex-Assistant, State Bank of India, Mettupalayam branch, vide dismissal order dated 05.08.2010 and consequently quash the same by directing the respondents to disburse the arrears of pension, family pension, service benefits, pensionary benefits or any other financial benefits.
