This petition is filed to condone the delay of 281 days in filing the above appeal suit against the order dated 22.04.2024, made in LAOP No.80 of 2013, on the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.K.M.Venugopal, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection for delay of 281 days being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned thereunder.

4. Accordingly, CMP No.31093 of 2025 is ordered and appeal shall be numbered and post before Joint Registrar, appellate side. Thereafter, before the Court, if any interim order does not fall. The name of the Caveator shall be printed.
