Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Petition has taken out by the second defendant to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition against the __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP No. 32868 of 2025 R.KALAIMATHI, J.

KKD order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Additional District Court, Krishnagiri in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.139 of 2020 filed by the plaintiff .

3. The petitioner would aver that he filed three copy applications and the relevant papers required for filing the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Due to the said reasons, delay of 44 days occurred in preferring the above appeal.
