When the matter is taken up today, under the caption "For reporting compliance", it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that, the petitioner had surrendered before the concerned prison on 15.12.2025 as per the Interim Bail order of this Court dated 08.12.2025.

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 468, 471 and 409 of IPC in Crime No.02 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32956 of 2025 on the following grounds: "5. I have also gone through the FIR and other connected materials which reveals that it is the case of cheating and the petitioner made false promise and misrepresentation, the induced the victims to part with the money and they collected huge amount and so far no money is recovered, hence I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2/4

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature offence and there is no change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.32956 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
