2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite, notice being served on the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and names being printed in the cause-list, none appeared for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 74 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post on 16.02.2026.
