COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos. 43 and 42 of 2025 in STC.Nos. 122 and 58 of 2022 vide order dated 10.11.2025 that he shall report appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Attur, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Today, when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an accused in STC Nos.122 and 58 of 2022 for the offence under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act respectively. He would submit that pursuant to a non-bailable warrant, he was arrested and the learned trial judge granted bail to him by an order dated 10.11.2025 with the condition to report before the trial court everyday 10.30 a.m. He would further submit that the petitioner is a resident of Chennai and due to the condition imposed on him, he is facing difficulty as he is signing before the trial court everyday at 10.30 a.m. He would also submit that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial court on all hearing dates and the condition may be relaxed accordingly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.43 and 42 of 2025 in STC __________Page 2 of 4

Nos.122 and 58 of 2022 vide order dated 10.11.2025 is modified to that effect. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Attur in both cases in STC Nos.122 and 58 of 2022 on all hearing dates without fail.
