This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for the petitioner to surrender, as directed in the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31258 of 2025.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31258 of 2025 vide order dated 17.11.2025.

3. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered. The time for complying with the order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31258 of 2025, is hereby extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 18-12-2025 rap
