O R D E R
The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.09.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 194 of BNSS @ of BNS Act, in Crime No. 267 of 2025, registered on the file respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The allegation against the petitioner is that due to family dispute between the deceased and the de-facto complainant, on 25.09.2025 at about 7.00 a.m., the de-facto complainant received information that her husband was found dead near Jayalalitha Nagar Road. On investigation revealed that the deceased had illicit relationship with the wife of A1 which enraged him, due to such enmity, the petitioners assaulted him with knife and murdered him. Based on the complaint, the petitioners were arrested on 29.09.2025. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to illicit relationship between the deceased and the wife of one of the accused, false complaint is lodged, the petitioners were not at all present at the time of occurrence. Even in the FIR, there was no mention about the presence of accused in the place of occurrence.
He further submits that the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 29.09.2025. He also submits that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and ready to furnish sufficient solvent sureties for his release. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submits that totally four accused involved in this case and the petitioners are ranked as A1 and A3. He further submits that the petitioners engaged A2 to A4 and murdered the deceased. He further submits that each of the petitioners are having two previous cases. Therefore, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. Therefore, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the above facts and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners herein; that each of the petitioners are having two previous cases, investigation is also at preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
