Respondent(s) PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos. 655/1A, 656/1, 656/2, 656/3, 665/1, 666/1 and 654/1, Malayandahalli village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, identify and demarcate the boundaries of the land, and grant police protection during such survey, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 21.11.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025, Survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, has been completed by the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees with the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. However he would submit that the burial place in the petitioner's patta land, has not been removed.

4. However, since the relief prayed for in this petition has been achieved, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Insofar as the request of the petitioner for removal of the burial place in the petitioner's land is concerned,

since it is the subject matter of the connected writ petition in W.P.No.47947 of 2025, the same will be considered in the said writ petition. No costs.

5. The petition in WMP No.53545 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to join together and to file a single writ petition, is ordered on payment of single Court fee.
