ORDER

This Writ Petition (Crl.) has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 05.11.2025 by conducting enquiry under the provision of Sec.174 of B.N.S.S., 2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent is the younger brother of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner had given a complaint against the 3rd respondent and based on his complaint, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.329 of 2025. He would also submit that during the enquiry, both parties have undertaken to settle their dispute among themselves, based on which, the enquiry had been closed and both parties have also been directed to approach the civil court for availing their appropriate remedy.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor also served a copy of the closure report on the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and also the factum of service of closure report on the learned counsel for the petitioner today, this Writ Petition (Crl.) stands closed. No costs. 15-12-2025 __________Page 2 of 4
