2.The report states that the link road is not running over Survey No.13/7 of Nonaiyavadi Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District. It is this land which belongs to the petitioner.

3.As the respondents have stated that they are not laying a road over the contempt petitioner's property, the same is recorded and the Contempt Petition stands closed.
