The learned counsel appearing for the respondents reported that the order passed by this court has been complied with by the respondents and also produced a copy of the proceedings bearing e/f/vz;/6850-2010-Xa;t[. dated 05.02.2026, along with a copy of the cheque for an amount of Rs.1,26,940/- drawn in the name of the petitioner. Further, this court has already taken note of the payment of an amount of Rs.2,91,797/- to the petitioner on 09.01.2026.

3. In the circumstances, this court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondents and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
