This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further extension of the time for two weeks of order granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition passed by this Court vide order dated 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29502 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide dated 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29502 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
