ORDER

By consent of both sides, this writ is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 6.09.2025 sent by the petitioner and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 RPR to register the land in Plot Nos. 415 and 416 in favour of the petitioner.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his father is the original allottee in the subject plots by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board in the year 1963 and the petitioner's father had paid the entire instalments, however, sale deed is not executed by the Board. Now, the petitioner is in possession of the subject plots. It is the grievance of the petitioner that since sale deed is not executed by the Board, the fifth respondent is attempting to put constructions. Hence, seeks for a direction.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board has to consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, seeks for a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the Board and perused the materials placed on record.

6. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board within a period of fifteen days from today and on receipt of such application, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
