ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a directing to the 2nd and 4th respondents to return the original certificate submitted to them at the time of admission and pass further other orders.

2. Upon hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondents, it can be seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that at the time of admission to the course, the petitioner has executed a bond that they will serve for the bond period. The law in this regard has now been settled by the Division Bench that unless an order directing the petitioner to join duty within the bond is passed, thereafter the same cannot be insisted upon against the petitioner. It is seen factually that no order is passed during the entire bond period.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner is entitled for the relief that is prayed for in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed as prayed for. The authorities are directed to act on the web copy of the order without waiting for Page Nos.2/4
