The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025 and to include the petitioner in the promotional panel list for the post of Assistant Inspector General of Registration for the year 2022-23, in line with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4846 of 2023 dated 26.09.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 07.01.2025 seeking to include the petitioner in the promotional panel list for the post of Assistant Inspector General of Registration for the year 2022-23, in line with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4846 of 2023 dated 26.09.2024, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
