ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the F.I.R in Crime No.109 of 2025 dated 17.05.2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957 on the file of the

respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor assisted by the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, and the final report is filed.

3.
