ORDER
The writ petition is filed calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 11.08.2023, to quash the same and consequently to direct the third respondent to execute the earlier order dated 22.05.2023.

Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the material records of the case, it can be seen that the contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his family alone are the Hereditary Trustees. While an earlier order was passed appointing the petitioner as a Hereditary Trustee, now merely by siding with the petitioner's brother and the other Hereditary Trustees, the petitioner is sought to be removed from the hereditary trusteeship. 3.Per contra, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the 2/5
impugned order is nothing but a charge memo. He would submit that if the petitioner gives an explanation, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In reply thereto, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been totally removed from the trusteeship itself, which fact is denied by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

It can be seen that the impugned order reads as if it is only a charge memo and therefore, it is open to the petitioner to give his explanation and the disciplinary proceedings shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible in the manner known to law. The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as if the petitioner has already been removed from the trusteeship is unfounded.
6. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
