ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS Act in connection with the Cr.No.540 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court on 07.11.2025 vide Crl.O.P.No.30420 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner, with the

following the observations:

"5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is not only involved in quarrying river sand but also in damaging the ecology and the river bed itself, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner"

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instruction submitted that the petitioner has filed this second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances.

4. Since, there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
