This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the warrant of arrest dated 12.09.2025 pertaining to the conviction imposed in S.T.C.No.135 of 2024 (Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Poonamallee) and file a status report before this Court. 2.
When the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Poonamallee dated 12.09.2025 has been complied with, the accused has been arrested and he has also been produced before the Court concerned. 3.
