ORDER
The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 11(1), 12 of POCSO Act, in Cr.No.44 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner sexually harassed and attempted to molest the victim minor girl.
4. Considering the serious nature of the allegations of sexual harassment and attempt to molest a minor girl, and in the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
