The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21806 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that the matter has since been compounded between the 1/3

parties and that the party is no longer aggrieved.

3. I have gone through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and find that there is no wilful disobedience to continue the contempt.
