ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondents, upon instruction, that mining lease has been granted by the competent authority and even environmental clearance has also been granted and that quarrying of sand mining in the river has been permitted subject to appropriate conditions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition.
