Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the submissions made, the para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.23881 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31856 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025 shall be read as follows:

"3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.no.31856 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025, is modified to the effect that, "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 12.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.23881 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31856 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
