(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan,J) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal in S.C.No.2 of 2013, dated 02.03.2020 (being the date of punishment awarded), pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel on both sides and on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the dispense-with-petition, and on being satisfied with the same, this dispense-with-petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to list the condone-delay-petition in filing the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, in the usual course.

4. In the meantime, Registry is also directed to call for the records from the trial Court, forthwith.
