The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been complied the condition for only six days instead of three weeks as per the order of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28471 of 2025 and thereafter, condition not complied with.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking extension of time is dismissed.
