When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking quashment

of the FIR in Crime No.343 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 on the file of the respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, through e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002535C202500407 on 12.08.2025.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
