The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to issue site visit certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in the e-tender notice, Reference No.36/CED6/054604/2025, dated 19.11.2025 for construction of Additional Storage Godown of 3000 MT (2 x 1500 MT) capacity in TNCSC Godown Campus at Thelur Village in Ariyalur Taluk and District. 2.Now, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the Site Visit Certificate has been issued to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. A copy of the Site Visit Certificate is also produced before this Court.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
