ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the respondents to grant 6 days emergency leave to the petitioner's husband namely Karthik S/o. Sugumar, aged about 50 years, Convict No.6868, Convict Prisoner, Central Prison, Puzhal, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025.

2. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since this writ petition is filed seeking a simple writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
