ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.2398 of 2024 by order dated

14.06.2024 "It is ordered to release the petitioner on bail on his execution of bond with two sureties for Rs.1,00,000/-, among them one shall be a blood surety".

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner died when he was young and his father had left his family ten years ago and now, he has no other blood relative to stand as blood surety. Hence, he is unable to furnish a blood surety and arrange a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Therefore, the learned Counsel seeks modify conditions imposed by the Trial Court.

3. After hearing the submission made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2398 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, which reads as follows:- "that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties".

4.The rest of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2398 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, shall remains unaltered.
