Mr.M.Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appeared for the 1st respondent has submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

2.Notice was issued by this Court by order dated 06.03.2026. As per the Registry's report dated 19.06.2026, notice has been duly served on the 2nd respondent. However, there is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Thus, it appears that the 2nd respondent has nothing to submit in this matter.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, to which the learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection and the second respondent has no submissions to make, the delay of 189 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 98839 of 2025 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.
