ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28054 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025, that "the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28054 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 12.12.2025 ssi To 1.The Inspector of Police, AWPS, Ooty Rural Police Station, Nilgiris District.
