No.P2/4642/2024 dated 01.04.2025 passed by the 2nd Respondent as per G.O. (MS) No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 by considering the representation dated 25.10.2025 so as to enable to get reinstatement as a cook. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to REVIEW the suspension order dated 01.04.2025 in R.C. No.P2/4642/2024 dated 01.04.2025 passed by the 2nd Respondent as per G.O. (MS) No.81

Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 by considering the representation dated 25.10.2025 so as to enable to get reinstatement as a cook.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has been placed under suspension on 01.04.2025. On 04.04.2025, the second respondent issued a charge memo to the petitioner and also she submitted her explanation on 12.05.2025. Thereafter, there is no further progress. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent for revocation her suspensionn order by way of review on 25.10.2025. Till date, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
