ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to effect sub division and transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner

for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the online application dated 27.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for sub division and transfer of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had submitted an online application dated 27.11.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and to any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 27.11.2025 seeking for sub division and transfer of patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire and after hearing their objections if any within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
